Update - Cats Gym and Summer house webpage.

The outdoor run has been refurbished this July.  It now also has Water, Electricity and has been turned into a Cat Gym and Summer house.

We have had installed lighting and plug sockets within, its now much easier for us.  It was previously split into two runs an indoor and outdoor.. now these have all been connected.

It has been such a hit with the cats, we created a webpage to share with everyone.  So please have a look, and click the link below!

Notice - New Tab for Planned Matings

Another new tab in as many days.  We posted yesterday a new tab for Movers & Keepers, and today an additional tab has been added for Planned Matings.  Again, this is so you can see what litters will be expected,  but more importantly a track of all litters we've had to date.

As keeper kittens are decided within a litter, they will also be named here.  This also gives you an insight of how we've come to be and what we are today.

One final word, is that we have now given the game away on our WHO'S THE DADDY competition.  No point in getting any ideas of submitting answers now, sorry you're too late, we ended the competition.  In true Totallycoastal theme style...officially You've Missed The Boat (hey not a bad name for a kitten).

We had only a small influx of answers, and the ones given were wrong.  After numerous clues and virtually handing the answer on a plate, we still had NO correct answers... so we gave up on the idea, and brought the competition to a close prematurely.

I hope that this new tab with lots of information on, will be some compensation to that early close.

Notice - New Tab for Keepers and Movers Plans

For those avid followers of Totallycoastal, we have included a NEW tab on this blogspot.  It's so you can see the history of Totallycoastal maturing, and  how we are what we are today.  This shows our rotation cycle of Cats we have kept and retired since we began.  It also shows the immediate future plans (1-2 years) of up and coming retirees.  The boys (marked in blue) and girls (marked in red) that will soon be up for adoption as pets, or in the case of the boys available as Studs to programs (in most cases).  I hope you find this of some interest, and realise that all our matings, purchases and retirees are carefully planned out.  I've had many a sleepless night working out all of this, so feel it's only fair it's shared.

By 2013, we hope to have a significant reduction in numbers as ALL lines will have been successfully consolidated.  However, you can also see that this year (2011), we will be having a significant purge as well of 10 adults.  All females in the retiree list will be offered at £300.  Boys are either Breeder or Show Breeder price,  unless of course they are becoming an altered pet also, in which case they too are £300.

Some stunning examples will be looking for homes by the end of this year, and every year after that.  As it is the nature of a breeding program, that there are ALWAYS movers.

Not all leave Totallycoastal after retirement, some will live their days out here as pampered pets.  Some will stay and continue their show cat career (as exhibition only or in the alter class).  The plans do not state if they are being made available or not, as it purely from a breeding program perspective.  However, availability will be backed up with a Blog Post stating if they ARE looking for placement or not.

Notice - Leave Your Details Please!

Email is by far the best method of contacting Totallycoastal.  I can pick this up on the move, at home and at work.  I do carry my mobile with me at all the times..... I cannot guarantee I can take you call, and it will divert to voicemail..  Doing litter duties, appointments with kitten viewings, at the vets, doing my day job in the Office, or simply do not have a phone signal can make me unobtainable.  If you do wish to phone, and I am not available, please ensure you leave your contact details in your message, so I can call you/email back asap.

I cannot get back to you, if you don't provide me with a method of contact.  I had a lady phone me twice about kittens, and on both occassions no details were left (if you're reading this now please get back to me again).

Please clearly state your name.  Your interest (Kitten/Cat), Your Contact Details, and the best time to phone if you have expressed a wish to be called.

Thank-You.
