Clear Day is another great looking kitten in Alessi and Eds Litter. He has a 3/4 tail and I have her under evaluation as she has a very similar look to Our Sandy. He develops slightly at a slower rate than Sandy does so he'll be where Sandy is now in a week or so. Clear Day (AKA Clarance) is trying to equal Sandys weight and build and is fast catching her up too! I love this kitten because he is just so endearing, the quiet one in the bunch who just likes to sit on your lap and be made a fuss of... he hates heights, so when I carry him he complains, but if I carry him at waist height he quietens down a bit...Ideally he'd like me to carry him around only foot above the ground, but I'd look totally rediculous and end up with a backache. He is getting better, so I hope soon he'll happily handle that extra distance. I'll post the pictures and you can see how he's coming on.
Another startled shot here unfortunately, but you can get a good idea of her nice width to her nose and that diamond muzzle. Also the lovely bobcatty black whisker pad markings. The substantial legs with big Straight footed paws.
Just look at that Chin really nice and deep. Here not such a startled look and you can see the top line of the eye is already really nice and straight, the sides of the eye are also already starting to lift. This is a very good sign in a kitten of 5-6 weeks old. Her ticking is also coming through nicely, and you can just see a few of her big spots. We called her Clear Day because we knew that even after her ticking came through those spots will still remain as Clear as Day.. They are quite a big size.
She has a short muzzle so as she develops we expect she'll have a really good round head and nose break like her sister. You can see a few more of those big spots here too! Plus lots and lots of the smaller spotts on the Shoulders, this is really desirable and her mum carries this. So We think this girl will go on to look a lot like her mum... which is definately not a bad thing at all... great to see we have another Alessi in the making.
Clara now working out how she's gonna get down from this pedestal... is it too high to jump??
She decided it was within her tolerance so Photoshoot over ;oP!
