Who’s Who - ? - Janet K Hootan
Janet K Hootan, Marysville, Washington (with legacy contact number 360-658-1999) was listed as a breeder in 2004, and part of the PBCFA. The PBCFA closed in 2004 so clearly Janet was breeding under this before the closure of this association.
